• Which countries do you ship to? 

We ship worldwide. However, there might be some limitations depending on our courier , such as certain parts of Syria and Yemen.  

In case, an order has been placed and our courier is unable to deliver, we will notify you and refund the order immediately.

• How long does it take my order to arrive? 

We aim to process the orders within 48h and ship to the customer.  

Shipping lead times are:  

- UK orders 1-2 working days 

- Europe and the US - 1-3 working days 

- Rest of the world 1-7 working days 

• What counties do you ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)? 

We ship DDP to The UK and The EU at the moment.  

Delivery Duty Paid means, KHV Concept will take care of custom clearance fees, taxes and other formalities.
